Alseeraj for development and healthcare – (SDH Organization) declares its desire to announce a tender for the supply Essential Medicines and Medical Consumables to COVID-19 community treatment and isolation centers (CCTCs).

How to Apply: This tender is to be submitted at Al-Seeraj for Development and Healthcare – SDH (SDH Office in Gaziantep)
Application period: The tender announces starting from Thursday 31-12-2020 to Monday 11-01-2021 and the submit day for receiving files will be on 11-01-2021 during the official working hours from 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM.
The sealed envelope included the following documents:
• Bill of quantities (BOQs), according to the prices determined by the company in US dollars, and any calculation error that the company is responsible for, provided with affixed of the company’s seal with the signature and stamp.

• The necessary documents (ID copy – Company registration – a certificate of experience for previous work with references).
• A financial notice of the payment of (1000 USD) as a first deposit of the submitted offer upon delivery of the technical conditions book and BOQ.
• The financial payments of the executing company will be after receiving the materials, checking the quality of specifications, and completing all work.
• The accepted bidder should start the works immediately from the date of signing the contract and in the event of withdrawal or delay in proceeding, the works will be referred to the next offer and the contractor will lose the paid insurance.
• The financial payments of the executing company will be after receiving the materials and ensuring the quality of specifications and the completion of all work.
• The period of carrying out the works is (10) days from the date of signing the contract.
• The contractor is subject to a delay fine of 0.5% of the contract value for each day of delay.

Notes:
• Whoever submits an offer considers that he has fully viewed the tender file and that he has accepted all the terms and conditions of the tender and the tender is considered an integral part of the contract with the selected contractor.
